1General Terms & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services on the 33wm website (https://33wm.best) and its mobile application. By creating an account, using the platform, or participating in any game or betting service on 33wm, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms.

33wm reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified via their registered email or through an on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account at 33wm. This is a strict policy — failure to verify your age or providing false information will result in permanent account closure.

• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, on the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Submitting false or misleading information is considered a breach of these Terms.
• Keeping account login credentials (email and password) confidential is the member's responsibility. Sharing account access with anyone else is not permitted.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to a third party.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. You'll need to submit a photo of your National ID or passport.

If an account is suspected of breaching the rules, 33wm reserves the right to temporarily suspend it during the investigation. The account balance may be frozen while the investigation is ongoing.

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Each bonus offer at 33wm comes with its own terms. Accepting a bonus is considered acceptance of the associated terms. The general bonus rules are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies once on the first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the required wagering (betting turnover) must be completed first.
• Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 15x to 30x, depending on the offer. Check the terms listed alongside each promotion for details.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified timeframe after claiming a bonus (typically 7–30 days), the bonus will be forfeited.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, the next bonus will not activate until the wagering on the current one is fully completed.

33wm's decision is final in all bonus-related matters. If a bonus is awarded by mistake or due to a system error, 33wm reserves the right to reclaim it.

5Gaming Rules & Fair Play

• If a technical error is found in a game outcome, the bets for that round will be voided and refunded.
• 33wm reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings resulting from software errors or malfunctions.
• The use of any automated systems or bots for betting is strictly prohibited.
• Disrespectful behaviour toward dealers in Live Casino games may result in account suspension.

6Responsible Gaming Policy

9Account Suspension & Closure Policy

33wm may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.

• When suspicious activity is detected on an account.
• Failure to submit the required KYC documents within the specified timeframe.

If an account is closed with no evidence of a Terms violation, the remaining balance will be refunded. However, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonuses are non-refundable.

10Dispute Resolution & Contact
